 Alphatec Die & Mould(Shanghai) Co. is an expert moulding company invested by Alphatec(Japan) specializing in tooling moulds and producing plastic parts for Automobile, Medical Equipment, Office Equipment, Plastic consumables and so on. The head office and marketing department is located at Shanghai and manufactory is located at Ning Bo, Zhejiang. There are 26 moulding technicians being engaged in moulding R&D and more than 120 skilled moulders working in our plant. By using of CAD/CAM/CAE system as the development tools, the R&D methods in Alphatec(Shanghai) have been computerised and the production procedure has been advanced from previously manual work to digital system controlled. Depending on strong technical support provided from our Japan parents company, Alphatec(Shanghai) has established its leading position in mould industrial in the mainland of China focusing on hi-tech mould development and plastic production. Through our unremitting efforts, Alphatec(Shanghai) has set up a long-term business relationship with TOYOTA TTMC,Tianjian supplying TTMC vehicle moulds and plastic parts for VIOS model since March 2003. In the meanwhile, we take advantage of low labour cost in local and advanced technology backup, Alphatec(Shanghai) supplies moulds and plastic parts to other Japan Automobile companies with high quality at very competitive pricing as well. By now, the annual production capacity of Alphatec(Shanghai) has been up to more than 300 sets of big-to-medium-sized moulds per year.
